Comox Valley Transition Society is a feminist non-profit agency committed to making a positive contribution to the lives of women and their children.  We offer supportive programs that provide safety and security and the prevention of violence as well as personal well being through the provision of a safe shelter, counseling, education and advocacy.  Our programs include Lilli House shelter for women fleeing violence, 24 hour crisis line, Women’s Counselling Program, Children Who Witness Abuse Counselling Program, Women’s Detox and Supportive Recovery, Bridging Employment Program for Women, Violence is Preventable school-based program, BeSafe: Girls Group, Triple P Parenting, weekly Drop-in for women who are homeless and/or living in deep poverty, Women’s Wellness, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Circle, outreach counseling to Denman and Hornby Islands, Helping Hands, Awareness and Education, etc.
