The Comox Valley Recovery Centre is a non-profit, charitable society incorporated in 1976 under the Societies Act of British Columbia. Society members, all volunteers, are predominantly from the Comox Valley, but also from other Island communities. The Society is governed by a 12 member Board of Directors which meets monthly. Daily operation of CVRC is under the direction of its administrator.
To assist in the recovery and rehabilitation of chemically dependant people so they might return to a useful life in society. To help Centre residents through a supportive recovery program at attain life skills which will lead them to gainful employment.
