The Comox Valley Baseball Association was incorporated on May 2, 1994. The CVBA’s goal is to encourage, promote, aid in and effect the voluntary development of the Sport of Baseball in the Comox Valley. We have a very dedicated group of coaches and assistant coaches who provide fun and learning for players ages 5 – 18 years old including Rep baseball. We offer blastball, t-ball, rookie, mosquito, peewee, bantam, midget and rep levels.
Q. Can my child play in a division other than his/her age would dictate?
A. ALL requests to move up and down a division must be submitted to the CVBA for approval prior to registration. Mosquito – Bantam player requests to move up a division will only be entertained under exceptional extenuating circumstances.
Q. When does the season run?
A. Generally we play from mid April until late June, providing fields are open. Players who try out for, and make the Jets program will play through July as well, with Provincial championships being held around the beginning of August.
Q. What nights of the week do we play?
A. Blastball is on Monday nights, T-Ball, Mosquito and Bantam play Mondays and Wednesdays, and Tadpole, PeeWee and Midget play Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Q. Where do they play?
A. Blastball, T-Ball and Rookie play at Highland Park, Mosquito play at Aspen and Martin park and PeeWee play at Aspen Park, and Bantam and Midget play at Bill Moore Park.
